I am so grateful for my parents. I cannot believe the disrespect I had for them in my youth. What a dumbass I was. Sheesh. Now, I can’t stop apologizing to them. I say thank you a million times a visit. I am so scared of the day when they pass away. I can already feel the hurt in my chest when I think of it. I can’t believe it is something we all eventually have to go through.
